Apex Action Firearms
Terms of Service
Last updated 26 June 2026
These terms apply when you book a course with Apex Action Firearms Ltd (“we”, “us”). Please read them before booking — completing a booking means you accept them. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Booking is a contract
When you book a place and we confirm it, a contract is formed between you and Apex Action Firearms Ltd for the course on the date booked. You're responsible for giving us accurate booking and enrolment details, and for meeting the eligibility requirements for the course.
Payment
Course fees are shown at the point of booking and are paid in full at the time of booking through our payment provider, Stripe. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellation and refunds
If you need to cancel, email [email protected] as early as you can.
Your refund depends on how much notice you give before the course date, and you can usually transfer to a later date instead. If wecancel or reschedule, you're entitled to a full refund. The full terms — notice periods, refund amounts and transfers — are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
Conduct on the day
Firearms training carries real risk, so safety is non-negotiable. By attending you agree to:
- follow all safety briefings and the instructions of our instructors at all times;
- not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and tell us of anything (including medication or a medical condition) that could affect your safe participation;
- bring valid ID and any documents we ask for, and complete your enrolment and Section 21 declaration honestly; and
- treat staff, other participants and the venue with respect.
We may remove anyone from a session, without a refund, if their conduct is unsafe, dishonest or puts others at risk.
Eligibility and right to refuse service
Our courses are subject to eligibility and identity checks and to UK firearms law. We may refuse or cancel a booking. If we decline a place before the course for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll give you a full refund. If we have to decline because we can't verify your identity or eligibility, or because of a genuine safety or legal concern arising from information you gave (or didn't give) us, the cancellation terms above apply.
Liability
We take safety seriously and run our sessions accordingly. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
